UK developer Dream Harvest announced their upcoming game NeuroNet: Mendax Proxy, an interesting fusion of city simulation and graphic novel gameplay elements. The game takes place in a cyberpunk city called Catena which you are charged with managing. You do this by interacting with various citizens and make decisions that affect their lives and the state of the city.
In NeuroNet: Mendax Proxy you play the role of an artificial intelligence who has been designed to maintain the city. You are tasked with listening to the citizens needs and requests and make decisions based on how you interact with them. The game features beautiful hand drawn graphics and tons of dialogue from a diverse cast of characters.
You are a newly created A.I. designed to manage the city of Catena. As you tackle the demands of the populace you will be challenged to balance their needs against your own moral compass. How will you decide who to help when the effect of every choice you make ripples out across the city? Choose wisely, your decisions impact the outcome of the story and the future of Catena.
