US transmedia company Voltaku will bring the vibrant and violent dystopian world to life on screen using Epic’s Unreal Engine.

It’s being developed by Netflix with animation duties being handled by Ghost in the Shell Studio, Production I.G.

The latest entry in the Ghost in the Shell series will be featuring a decidedly CG animation style that actually looks really amazing.

Blade Runner: Black Lotus, a collaboration between Adult Swim and Crunchyroll, will be directed by Ghost in the Shell, Appleseed, and Cowboy Bebop veterans.
